How a search works.

A clean, predictable process keeps both sides out of limbo. Most clinical searches close in four to six weeks. Physician and executive-level searches take longer, and timelines are confirmed during the initial call.

A short call to understand the role, the team, compensation bands, and any non-negotiables. For candidates, I review credentials, career goals, and preferred markets.

I source, screen, and verify every candidate personally. You receive a shortlist with written notes on fit, availability, and compensation expectations.

Interviews

I coordinate scheduling, collect structured feedback after every round, and prepare candidates for each stage. You stay focused on evaluation, not logistics.

Offer and start

I help close the gap between offer and acceptance, support negotiation on both sides, and stay engaged through start date. The fee is invoiced only after the candidate begins.

ClearPath Staffing operates on a straightforward contingent-fee model. I am only paid when a candidate I represent is hired and begins work. There are no retainers, monthly minimums, or hidden costs. Candidates never pay.

I founded ClearPath Staffing because healthcare hiring deserves better than a resume flood and a cold handoff. Over the past several years, I have supported thirteen facilities across the United States, working on searches from certified nursing assistants through physician leadership.

I know this industry. I know what a good clinical interview looks like, how credentialing actually works, what makes a candidate leave in month two, and why certain placements quietly succeed for years. That knowledge is the product.

How does the 10 percent fee work, exactly?
The fee is calculated on the candidate's first-year base compensation and invoiced Net-30 after their official start date. No retainer, no engagement fee, no monthly cost. If the candidate never starts, there is no fee.
Do candidates ever pay anything?
No. Candidate representation is always free. You will never be asked for payment, and your information is never released to a facility without your explicit consent for that specific role.
What does the 30-day replacement guarantee cover?
If a placed candidate leaves or is released for cause within their first thirty days, ClearPath Staffing will conduct a replacement search at no additional fee. The replacement search begins immediately and follows the same process as the original engagement.
What roles do you place?
Physicians, hospitalists, medical directors, physician advisors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, LPNs, CNAs, medical assistants, phlebotomists, surgical techs, medical coders, practice managers, billing and credentialing specialists, and front-office staff. Executive searches (CMO, VP of Clinical Operations, department chair) are handled on a retained basis.
How long does a typical search take?
Clinical and allied roles generally close in four to six weeks. Advanced practice provider searches (NP and PA) typically run six to eight weeks. Physician and executive searches range from eight weeks to six months depending on specialty, geography, and compensation structure.
Is ClearPath Staffing a retained or contingent firm?
Both, depending on the engagement. Most searches are contingent, meaning the fee is paid only when a candidate is hired. Confidential, executive, and highly specialized physician searches are available on a retained basis, with terms quoted per engagement.
Do you cover locum tenens or per diem staffing?
ClearPath Staffing focuses on permanent and contract-to-hire placements. Locum tenens and per diem arrangements are referred out to vetted partner firms when appropriate.

Headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, with active searches in facilities across the United States. Remote and telehealth roles are welcomed.
